“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita.

On June 21st, 2025, we celebrated International Yoga Day at our college with tremendous enthusiasm and a deep sense of purpose. The lush green field was filled with energy, calmness, and the unspoken harmony that yoga brings into our lives.

The session began with basic breathing techniques and gradually moved into more complex postures. From synchronized stretches to team poses like headstands and backbends, every moment was filled with focus, coordination, and joy. It was more than just a physical workout—it was a mental detox and a soulful connection with nature and friends.

This celebration was not just about performing asanas but also about embracing the essence of yogabalance, discipline, unity, and peace. Practicing together in the open brought a sense of community and togetherness that is hard to describe but beautiful to experience.

As a student and aspiring leader, I firmly believe in the importance of physical and mental well-being. Events like these remind us that amidst our busy academic and personal schedules, taking time for our inner health is just as important.

A huge thanks to our faculty and fellow students who made this event a meaningful success. Looking forward to making this a tradition that grows stronger each year!
